2. Overview
I worked directly with the ownership group and president of Real Salt Lake, supporting live event operations and execution within a professional sports environment. This role provided direct exposure to high-level decision-making, large-scale event coordination, and the behind-the-scenes systems required to run stadium events.

Professional sports events operate at a massive scale, requiring coordination across multiple departments, vendors, and stakeholders. Every event is time-bound, highly visible, and logistically complex, with no room for delays or misalignment.
Working within this environment meant operating in real time alongside leadership, where execution, communication, and adaptability were critical.
