Planned and produced an on-location commercial photography project for Maverick Helicopters in Las Vegas, creating polished, brand-aligned image assets for web, social, ad campaigns, and in-person customer environments.

Overview:
Maverick Helicopters needed a cohesive set of high-quality marketing images to promote their charter services in Las Vegas and beyond, including elopement-focused offerings. I coordinated directly with the client to plan the shoot, define image needs, conduct a site visit, and develop a shot list that would produce immediately usable assets across multiple marketing channels.
The Objective:
The goal was to create a polished image library that reflected Maverick’s premium brand experience while supporting practical marketing needs. The images needed to feel consistent, versatile, and ready for immediate use across digital campaigns, website placements, social media, and scrolling customer-facing displays in waiting areas.

The Process
Planning
I worked directly with Maverick Helicopters to negotiate and coordinate the shoot details, beginning with a site visit to understand the environment, brand presentation, and asset needs. From there, I outlined a shot list, visual criteria, and image priorities to make sure the final gallery would support specific marketing uses rather than just general photography.
Production
The shoot was completed fully on location in Las Vegas and focused on capturing grounded brand and service imagery rather than aerial photography. I planned angles, compositions, and subject matter around how the images would actually be used, making sure the final content would feel polished, inviting, and consistent with Maverick’s customer-facing brand.
Post-Production
After the shoot, I culled and edited the image set to create a cohesive visual library with a consistent look across all final assets. The editing process focused on maintaining brand alignment, visual clarity, and flexibility so the images could perform across multiple formats and placements.
