I create and scale global products and enterprise-wide initiatives with a focus on innovation and impact. From documenting user behavior to collaborating on UX design and developing product marketing content, I turn ideas into tangible solutions that resonate across diverse audiences. My background in International Culture, Mandarin Chinese, an MBA, and an MPH informs a global perspective that shapes the products and programs I build.

I bring teams, stakeholders, and ideas together to achieve shared goals. Through collaboration, clear communication, and visual storytelling, I foster alignment and collective ownership, ensuring that complex initiatives move forward smoothly and inclusively.

Empath
I approach challenges with deep empathy, listening and understanding diverse perspectives to design solutions that truly meet people’s needs. My creative work in photography and publishing has strengthened my ability to connect with audiences worldwide, turning insights into meaningful narratives that inspire action.

Stabilizer
I help transform conflict and complexity into clarity and cohesion. By visually presenting data insights, facilitating understanding, and guiding teams through change, I provide steadiness and confidence in high-stakes environments, enabling innovative solutions and harmonious collaboration.
